We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our items and variations in monitor displays, the actual colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we send the shipping confirmation email.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment Methods

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee is $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of your order.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags and protective wrapping intact
• Accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any trays or plates that show signs of use, as they are considered sanitary items after contact with food. This includes all products listed on our Site.

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and product details
2. Wait for instructions from our customer service team, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the unused item in its original packaging to the address provided

You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping until we receive the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the incorrect item. We will cover standard shipping costs for exchanges.
