Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition.
  • In the original packaging, with all tags and protective wrapping intact.
  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our handcrafted products and to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • All Trays and Plates: Specifically, any item that falls under the categories listed in our menu (e.g., Round Plates, Square Trays, Rectangular Trays, Oval Plates, etc.) that shows any signs of use, as these are considered sanitary items once they have been in contact with food.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Please note: This policy is in place for the health and safety of all our customers. We meticulously inspect every item before it leaves our workshop to ensure it meets our quality standards.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship your return without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping until we receive the item.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable for returns that are not due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item). For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent you the incorrect item. If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different product, please follow the process above. We will ship the correct or replacement item to you via our standard shipping method once the return is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully pack and inspect every order before it ships. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
