We specialize in beautifully crafted servingware in various shapes and sizes, including round plates (10″, 11.5″, 13″, 16″), square trays (10″), rectangular trays (from petite 3.5″x5″ to substantial 18″x20″), and elegant oval plates (10″x14″, 13″x18″, 14″x19″). Our collection is designed to suit diverse entertaining needs and home decor styles.
How do I choose the right size tray or plate for my needs?
Consider how you plan to use your tray or plate. Our smaller trays (3.5″x5″ to 4.5″x6.5″) are perfect for individual servings or jewelry display. Medium sizes (10″ round to 11″x14″ rectangular) work well for place settings or centerpieces. Larger trays (15″x22″ to 18″x20″) are ideal for serving multiple guests or as statement decor pieces.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after shipment
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days after shipment
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally! However, due to logistical constraints, we’re unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and remote areas. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.
Why is my delivery taking longer than expected?
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather events, or carrier delays—especially during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return items within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Are all items eligible for return?
Most items can be returned, but there are exceptions. Personalized items, for instance, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution’s policies.

Care & Maintenance

How should I care for my trays and plates?
While care instructions may vary slightly by product, we generally recommend hand washing with mild detergent and avoiding abrasive cleaners to preserve the finish and beauty of your pieces. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
